Hire Smart AI is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to streamline candidate screening and hiring decisions. The system analyzes candidate resumes against job descriptions, calculates candidate-job fit scores, and generates comprehensive hiring insights through an intuitive web-based interface.
Problem to Solve
Recruiters often spend significant time manually reviewing resumes and comparing candidate qualifications against job requirements. This process can be inefficient, subjective, and difficult to scale when handling large applicant volumes. The challenge was to automate candidate evaluation while providing meaningful insights beyond simple keyword matching.
Solution Approach
Developed an intelligent resume screening pipeline that extracts and analyzes information from uploaded CVs, including skills, education, work experience, certifications, and other professional qualifications. The system compares candidate profiles against job descriptions to calculate compatibility scores and identify strengths and gaps.
To enhance decision-making, Large Language Models (LLMs) are integrated to generate human-readable recruitment insights, candidate summaries, qualification assessments, and hiring recommendations. The platform is powered by a FastAPI backend and delivered through a web-based application for real-time resume evaluation and candidate-job matching.
